Wantedly Visit App Comentários

Tried to use this app to network and find freelance opportunities. Someone from Wantedly Singapore even contacted me to go down to their career fair to speak with them. I took a half day no pay leave to meet them, spoke to a couple of firms. The next day, I tried to find the person I spoke to from Wantedly on the app and Facebook to pitch to her some ideas. However, there’s no replies to my request for her email at all! On top of that, most of the firms I spoke to are not open to freelancers and are very price adverse. Therefore, my visit was pretty much a waste of time. Ironically, I told Wantedly upfront before the visit that I already have a day job and am just looking for freelance opportunities. Perhaps this app is great for millennials and startups in the context of full time opportunities but to a working professional looking for freelance and advanced level work, just be careful that this may be a waste of time.

The title says it all. Testing is apparently for suckers.
